Tuition Reimbursement
AT
encourages continuous learning and education. After one year of
service, associates are offered tuition reimbursement based on the
letter grade received at the
completion of the course.
Training
All
associates are provided with a half-day paid training session, which
includes an evaluation of each associate’s communication style as
exhibited through the Myers-Briggs Personality Profile, in addition to
other team building/leadership development exercises. Other learning
opportunities for required job skills are made available as needed.
