The wheel is custom-engineered to provide consistent performance and features a patented VFlex® process that increases wheel density and eliminates deviation in hardness throughout the entire abrasive section. The centerless grinding wheel is available in both Hybrid Bond and Resin Bond configurations, allowing you to choose the type that best suits your specific application needs. The Hybrid Bond configuration is best suited for grinding harder materials, while the Resin Bond configuration is ideal for softer materials.

When you receive your centerless grinding wheel, it will be shipped, mounted, trued, and balanced on your wheel adapter, ensuring that it is in "ready to grind" condition. This eliminates the need for additional work on your end and ensures that you can start using the wheel right away.
